Malacañang reiterated it is not keen on Charter Change (cha-cha).
Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Herminio Coloma, Jr. said the Palace respects the right of Congress to propose amendments to the Constitution, particularly in its economic provision.
He added the President has maintained that there is no need for amendments to the Charter considering that the country has attained significant economic growth even within the limits of the present Constituition. (PCOO)
