The K of C Recreation and Fitness Center will hold the first Mr. Sandugo Muscle Showdown at the Island City Mall on July 18, 2015. The showdown event is organized together with the Blue Grass Project and is presented by Roy and Maita Thomas, Friends from Hawaii, Hon. Jose Antonio S. Veloso.
The participants of the showdown represent the various gyms and fitness centers in the city led by the K of C Recreation and Fitness Center. The other participating centers are Wild Card Fitness Gym, Fitness World Gym, Bakbons and Fit Stop. Mr. Lloyd Vergara, fitness instructor of K of C, said that the event should help promote fitness and health among Boholanos.
