Criminal charges are filed against the Boholano National Youth Commission (NYC) Commisioner Benjie Oliva for falsification of official public documents. The criminal charges was due to Oliva’s forgery a high ranking official for the purpose of pulling out funds as payment for the 2-day live-in training of the Sangguniang Kabataan in Iloilo.
The complainants included Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Reynaldo Puno and SK Federation Vice – President for Visayas Guisseppe Karl Gumban.
In a letter to President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, the National Director for SK – Bohol Jane Censoria-Cajes addressed not to renew Oliva’s appointment for the Commission.
