The officers and members of the Alyansa ng Media at Showbiz (AMS) and Liga ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas join the many supporters and members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) in mourning for the death of their great leader and exemplar Executive Minister Brother Eraño Manalo.
Rolly “Lakay” Gonzalo, the President of the Liga ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas, Inc. (LBPI) and Film Director Romy Suzara said that the Iglesia Ni Cristo has made a history in its successful propagation of its doctrines worldwide through the able headship of Manalo. Recently, INC celebrated its 95th anniversary last July 27, 2009.
AMS and LBPI value with pride the guidance and direction that Brother Eraño G. Manalo has made to the INC where it has reached over six continents, and established 5,000 missions in 100 countries, now tagged as a global church. The INC has a strength distinction with the principles and administrative system being implemented since its foundation in 1914.
According to Gonzalo, “As we believed that the death of Manalo is a great loss to the members and officers of the INC as also claimed by many political and institution leaders, it cannot be denied that it has mold the whole nation and the world into morality and righteousness.”
On the other hand, Suzara declared that he is impressed with the great influence and popularity that INC has made for the Philippines, where it originated and reached overseas, and that Manalo should be elated as a notable Filipino with his great deeds and management of the world known religion.
