“The suspension of classes at all levels until Friday in the National Capital Region, Region, Region 4A, Bulacan, Pampanga and Zambales.” This was the announcement made by the Department of Education (DepEd) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
The move was designed to give more time for schools to clean up as most have been used as evacuation centers or were damaged by typhoon Ondoy. (PIA-MMIO)
