The Makati businessman accused by Associate Justice Jose Samio, Francis Borja agrees to take a lie-detector test on the condition that they both take the test.
Samio says that Borja offered him Php 10 million to inhibit the Meralco Case. He invites Borja to take the lie-detector test to misprove Borja’s accusation that he asked for money from him.
