Some 157 family life workers from various parishes throughout the Cebu Archdiocese picked administration candidate Gilberto Teodoro for president and Sen. Manuel Roxas as vice president in the mock elections held yesterday, April 9, 2010.
The mock elections came as a result of the National Family Life Summit held last month, FLA coordinator Lulu Pekitpekit told the Cebu Daily News.
Second to Teodoro’s 75 votes were Liberal Party (LP) standard bearer Sen. Benigno Aquino III with 60 votes, followed by Councilor JC delos Reyes, one vote for former president Joseph Estrada and no votes for independent candidate Nicanor Perlas.
