The Central Cebu Board of REALTORS®, Inc. (CCBR) and Center For Real Estate Studies in cooperation with National Real Estate Association-Cebu Chapter (NREA-Cebu) will conduct a Real Estate Broker’s Seminar and Special Review starting on December 01-02; 08-09; 15-16; January 05-06; 12-13; 26 & 27, 2013. This seminar and review will prepare participants for the PRC Real Estate Broker’s licensure examination scheduled on March 17, 2013. This was announced by A. Jun Gultiano, Jr., Founding Chairman of CCBR & President of NREA-Cebu. This seminar covers one hundred twenty (120) credit units.
The activity will be held at the Sacred Heart Center, D. Jakosalem St., Cebu City. We urged those interested in pursuing a career in real estate to take this opportunity to attend this seminar before PRC implements the four year BSREM graduate course to qualify for the broker’s examination.
