TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, Sept. 18 (PIA)–Gilagdaan na ni Presidente Benigno ‘Noynoy’ Aquino III isip balaod ang balaodnong nagbawal sa bullying sa mga elementary ug high school sa tibuok nasud.
Ang Republic Act 10627 o Anti-Bullying Act of 2013 gilagdaan sa Presidente niadtong Setyembre 12.
Ubos sa maong balaod, tanang mga tunghaan sa elementary ug high school gimanduan sa paghimo og polisiya aron masumpo ang bullying diin tanang mga ginikanan, mga magtutudlo ug guardians hatagan og kopya niini.
Nakabutang sa maong balaod ang pagbawal sa bisan unsang matang sa pag-bully sulod sa mga school-related functions ug bisan pinaagi sa internet.
Ang mapamatud-ang molapas niini pahamtangan sa tukmang silot samtang ang mosumbong sa nahitabong pagpang-bully magpabiling confidential.
Gisiguro usab sa balaod ang proteksyon aron dili manimalos ang nang-bully sa nisumbong ug sa biktima.
Matud pa sa balaod, ang bullying usa ka matang sa buhat sa usa o daghang estudyante batok sa isig ka estudyante pinaagi sa makadaot nga pagsulat, sakit nga polong o pagpangdaot gamit ang internet.
“Any severe or repeated use by one or more students of a written, verbal or electronic expression, or a physical act or gesture, or any combination thereof, directed at another student that has the effect of actually causing or placing the latter in reasonable fear of physical or emotional harm or damage to his property; creating hostile environment at school for the other student; infringing on the rights of the other student at school or materially and substantially disrupting the education process or the orderly operation of a school,” matud pa sa parte sa depinisyon sa balaod sa bullying.
