Lubao, Pampangga — President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo will be back on the road as her husband, recovers from his earlier ailment. President Arroyo will embark on a seven-day, three-nation swing starting this week.
Also included ih her schedule are her regular visits to the second district of Pampangga where she is running for respresentative, come the May 2010 elections.
Ms. Arroyo had been apparently advised that due to her husband’s continuous recovery, she is no longer required to be at his bedside, 24/7.
“The doctors gave us the go-signal for [the] trip, but I’m cutting down Spain by one day,” she told reporters in an ambush interview after her birthday Mass Monday at St. Augustine Church in Lubao town.
