Staff and employees of Philippine Maritime Institute – Bohol, rallied starting this morning due to the non-dispersal of their Anniversary Bonus. Tables and chairs were found displayed outside the school building located at CPG Avenue.
There are assumptions that almost P 2 M worth of Anniversary Bonuses are still not given to the staff and employees of the said school. Each bonus equivalent to one month’s wage.
With the staff and employees on rally, there are currently no classes being held. This incident has affected not only the students but public vehicles and small restaurants as well.
