The Coastal Law Enforcement Council I held a meeting last Friday in Calape, amid reports of its failure to function in its role to protect the coastal waters of the First District of Bohol.
The council tackled on effective methods to protect the coastal waters. The CLEC I, which is headed by Mayor Jasmine Balistoy of Cortes , refused to comment on the upcoming projects of the council.
