The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) is confident that the government’s rationalization will not force the employees to flip over the kettle.
According to the DBM Secretary Rolando Andaya Jr. in relation to the feared rationalization, the arranging of personnel in the needed government positions with the policy of no displacement of workers.
