Plaza Marcela in Cogon and Sundry Shop at MetroCentre Hotel are open again to the relief of Boholanos who badly needed to buy supplies. Unfortunately, many towns are still isolated, most notably, Loon. Supplies routes to Loon are all unpassable. Fortunately relief operations from the national government is already in action there.
BDO and ChinaBank ATMs are also functional as reported by people on Facebook. Many other ATMs are possibly online already since telephone and Internet access has been restored in most areas in Tagbilaran City.
