Hon. Aster A. Piolo, Boardmember of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, believes in making it an ease for Boholanos to get their authenticated Birth Certificate from the National Statistics Office (NSO).
In a session last Tuesday, Hon. Piolo comes up with a resolution to help appeal to the NSO Administrator, Carmelita Ericta, to give Boholanos ease in getting their authenticated birth certificates. NSO procedures make it hard for Boholanos to get their birth certificate from the NSO since they have to go to the banks to pay.
