Ivler arraigned on murder rap

Manila, Philippines — Road rage suspect Jason Ivler pleaded “not guilty” during his arraignment before Judge Alexander Balut of the Quezon City regional trial court Branch 76.

Ivler, dressed in a white barong and a pair of black pants, lay in a hospital stretcher with both wrists cuffed to its frame during the proceedings.

He was surrounded by five NBI agents and accompanied by his mother, Marlene Aguilar and stepfather, Stephen Pollard.

The judge ordered that Ivler be returned to the hospital for full recovery before he can be transferred to the Quezon City Jail.
