Palace rigodon places Visayans in key spots

The recent movement of key Palace positions has strategically placed at least two Cebuano speaking men and two more capable of understanding the dialect, close to where the action is.

The shift involves Davaoeño Jesus Dureza, Cebuano Cerge Remonde, former Central Visayas Police Regional Director Avelino Razon and retired army chief Hermogenes Esperon.

The shift came as Former Press Secretary Jesus Dureza asks the President a lighter load and was consequently granted Chief Presidential Legal Counsel.

Meanwhile Presidential Management Staff (PMS) head Cerge Remonde assumes the position vacated by Dureza.

To replace Remonde as PMS head is Presidential Adviser for the Peace Process Hermogenes Esperon Jr.; and to take over him as PAPP is retired Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Avelino Razon, presently the deputy national security adviser.
