TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, June 28 (PIA)–Subli nga nipasidaan karon ang Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) sa mga biyaherong Pinoy, apil na ang mga overseas Filipino workers nga likayan gayud ang mga sindikatong nagpayuhot og ilegal nga droga.
Nanawagan si PDEA director general Arturo Cacdac Jr. human sa gitakdang pagbitay sa usa ka Filipina drug courier sa China sa sunod semana.
Ang maong Pinay nga gi-aresto, nisulod isip turista sa China niadtong Enero 2011 tungod sa pagpayuhot og 12 ka kilo nga heroin.
Naalarma na ang buhatan sa PDEA sa nagkadaghang mga Pinoy nga gigamit sa sindikato isip drug courier.
“It is unwise for our kababayans to risk their life and future to bring dangerous drugs to a certain country in exchange for any amount of money,” matud pa ni Cacdac
“However, there are still those who willfully allowed themselves to be utilized as drug couriers despite repeated warnings by PDEA and other government agencies,” dugang pa sa pangulo sa PDEA. (PIA-Bohol/ecb)
