The pending petition for the Restraining Order in regards to the Contract for the New City Square (popularly known as Agora) awaits its re-raffle at the Regional Trial Court. This is the 3rd time after two RTC judges namely Fernando Fuentes III and Baudilio Luslos submitted a petition to inhibit the case.
