Malakanyang: Pagpagawas sa ‘Performance-Based Bonus’, moagi sa proseso
TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, July 09 (PIA)–Gitataw sa Malakanyang nga adunay proseso nga gisunod ang pagpagawas sa “performance based bonus” (PBB) sa mga kawani sa gobyerno.
Matud pa ni Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Abigail Valte, nakabase ang PBB sa compliance sa matag departamento sa mga gikinahanglang requirements sa DBM.
Sa kaso sa Department of Education (DepEd), giingong naa pa kini sa proseso sa pag-validate sa performance o accomplishment reports nga gisumite ug halos naa na kini sa katunga aron mahuman.
Gipaabot nga masumite ang maong requirement sa DBM sa labing daling panahon.
Gi-klaro usab sa Palasyo nga ang paghatag sa PBB nakabase sa performance-based asset nga nahisulod sa Executive Order 80 ug dili ihatag sa usa ka partikular nga panahon sa mga kawani sa gobyerno.
“Two things: the release of the PBB is dependent on a department’s compliance with the documentation requirements. In the case of DepEd, they are in the process of validating the performance/accomplishment reports submitted and are 50% finished. They expect to submit these requirements to DBM as soon as possible.
