TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, Nov. 27 (PIA)–Naglaum ang administrasyong Aquino nga mahimong kugihan ug mosaka ang moral sa mga empleyado sa gobyerno human nilang ipatuman ang Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) sugod karong tuig.
Gipasabot ni Budget Secretary Florencio ‘Butch’ Abad nga gipatuman sa administrasyon ang PBB aron mahatagan og reward ang mga empleyado nga makugihong nag-alagad sa gobyerno.
Ang PBB nagkantidad gikan P5,000 hangtud P35,000, diin lahi pa kini sa madawat nga Christmas bonus ug 13th month pay sa mga empleyado sa gobyerno.
Gi-klaro usab ni Abad nga kun ang usa ka government employee nagmakugi sa iyang trabaho apan ang mga kauban niini sa yunit o sa team tapulan apil na ang ilang boss, dili madawat sa kugihan nga empleyado ang maximum bonus nga P35,000 tungod kay maapil kini sa katapolan sa mga ka-team.

Giingong katoyuan niining matutokan ang imbestigasyon ug mahimong paspas ang resolusyon sa mga bag-o ug daang kaso.
Matud pa ni Executive Secretary Paquito Ochoa, ang mga special teams mahimong parte sa inter-agency committee (IAC) nga gitukod sa Presidente ubos sa Administrative Order (AO) No. 35 nga gilagdaan niadtong Nobyembre 22.
Nasulod sa AO 35 nga ang maong komite ang eksklusibong mogunit sa mga extra-legal killings, enforced disappearances, torture ug uban pang human rights violations.
“This presidential directive reinforces the Aquino administration’s resolve to uphold and protect the rights of the people. We believe that the creation of this high-level committee will be a more effective mechanism in handling and monitoring cases of human rights violations,” matud pa ni Ochoa.
Gipahayag ni Ochoa nga epektibo dayon ang AO 35 ug alisdan niini ang AO No. 211 niadtong 2007 nga nagtukod saTask Force Against Political Violence.
Ubos sa AO 35, ang kalihim sa Department of Justice (DoJ) ang chairperson sa IAC ug miyembro ang head sa Presidential Human Rights Committee (PHRC), secretaries sa Departments of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) ug National Defense (DND), presidential advisers of the Peace Process and Political Affairs (OPAPA), chief-of-staff sa Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Philippine National police chief ug National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) director.
