WALA nakauyon ang mga piskal sa Department of Justice (DOJ) nga maoy nagdala sa kaso sa Oakwood mutiny nga hatagan og amnestiya si Senador Antonio Trillanes.
Niingon si Senior State Prosecutor Juan Pedro Navera nga nadismaya sila sa desisyon sa Malakanyang nga hatagan og amnestiya ang tanang myembro sa Magdalo nga nahilambigit sa Oakwood mutiny tungod kay nahulog lamang sa wala ang pito ka tuig nga ilang gi trabaho sa maong kaso.
Matud pa nga ang timing sa amnesty proclamation ang problema tungod kay a-desisyunan na sa Makati Regional Trial Court (RTC) ang kaso batok nilang Trillanes karong Oktubre 28.
Mas maayo daw unta nga gihulat una ang korte nga i-promulgate ang kaso aron mahibaw-an kung sad-an ba o dili si Trillanes.
Nabalaka ang mga piskal nga maghatag hinuon kini og pagpangatarungan sa ubang sundalo nga mobatok sa kagamhanan tungod kay pasayluon raman sila sa kasamtangang administrasyon.
Ang amnestiya usa ka prerogative sa Presidente apan kinahanglan pa nga uyonan kini sa Kongreso.
Ang maong proklamasyon nga gilagdaan ni P-Noy niadtong Lunes i-sumite sa Kongreso aron botohan sa mga magbabalaod. (PIA-Bohol)

PANGUNAHAN sa Department of Justice (DOJ) ang kampanya batok sa human trafficking pinaagi sa pagpatuman sa Republic Act 9208, o ang Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003.
Mismo sa DOJ Usec. Ricardo R. Blancaflor mangulo sa Inter-Agency Council batok sa Trafficking (IACAT).
”Tumong nato nga ipakatap ang kasayuran ug pagpangandam kabahin sa kampanya abtok sa pagpalusot ug tawo, ug agnihon ang tabang sa mga opisyales nga nalambigit sa mga proseso sa pagpagawas sa trabahantes,” matud ni Blancaflor.
Ikauban sa DOJ sa konseho mao ang Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Bureu of Immigration, National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Philippine National Police, Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) ug ang National Council on the Role of Filipino Women (NCRFW). The Department of Justice (DOJ)’s Task Force 211 will install a unit at the National Press Club (NPC) tasked mainly to investigate killing incidents involving members of the working press.
DOJ undersecretary and Task Force 211 commander Ricardo Blancaflor said the establishment of the unit is based on an agreement they have signed with NPC president Benny Antiporda.
Under the plan, the NPC will Task Force 211 will set up its unit which serves as the DOJ’s processing center for violence against the media complaints.
Blancaflor said the unit will also be tasked to determine whether the persons filing the complaint are bonafide members of the country’s working press or not.
The DOJ undersecretary also urged media practitioners to go beyond “death watch reporting” and “give attention to the reporting and monitoring of filing of charges and eventual promulgation of cases filed against perpetrators.” (PIA/Bohol)
