TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, May 31 (PIA)–Gibutyag ni Provincial Prosecutor Macario Delosa atol sa Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) meeting nga gipahigayon kagahapon didto sa Governor’s Mansion ang kakulang og dugang 23 ka mga Provincial Prosecutors sa lalawigan sa Bohol aron maatiman ang mga reklamo gikan sa katawhan nga gitaral sa mga
hukmanan sa lalawigan ug dakbaya.
Sa 23 ka mga prosecutor nga gikinahanglan alang sa lalawigan sa Bohol, 14 niini ang alang sa probinsya ug 9 usab ang gikinahanglan sa dakbayan.
Gibutyag usab ni Delosa nga sa 23 ka mga prosecutors nga gikinahanglan, 3 pa lamang ang ni apply sa maong posisyon pinaagi sa pagsomitir sa ilang mga papeles diha sa ilang buhatan sa Provincial Prosecutor’s Office.
Giduso na usab ang maong mga aplikasyon ngadto sa ilang labaw nga buhatan sa Hudikatura alang sa evaluation ug pag-aprobar ni Presidente Aquino.

Oktubre 19, 2010 didto sa lungsod sa Pilar dungan sa HEAT caravan.
Sa usa ka dinaliang pahibalo, si Gov. Edgar Chatto mipadangat sa iyang kasubo sa dinalian nga
tawag sa Malakanyang diin gikinahanglan ni Presidente Benigno S. Aquino ang presensya ni Chatto
sa Octubre 19 sa palis.
Hinuon matud ni Chatto sa iyang suwat, padayonon gihapon ang HEAT Caravan diin si Bise Gob.

Nabatasan na sa PPOC nga maghimo sa tigum atul sa mga government service caravans nga adto
ipahigayon sa mga kalungsoran.

ONLY 19 towns in Bohol could have complied with the Governor’s directive to hold their respective municipal peace and order councils within the month of July, reports interior and local government provincial director Rustica Mascarinas.
At the Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) Meeting held in the island town of President Carlos Garcia (Pitogo), Mascarinas added that of the 47 towns and one city, some nine towns did not even care to meet, while some 20 towns did say they met, but no reports were submitted to the DILG.
It may be recalled that Gov. Edgar Chatto told the PPOC during its previous meeting that town mayors would be directed to reconvene their respective MPOCs as soon as possible.
The governor also instructed the DILG to monitor compliance of his directive, but Mascarinas said Bohol has about 22 newly minted mayors, which may cause problems as they may be unfamiliar with the conduct of MPOCs. (PIABohol)
