TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, Feb. 26 (PIA)–Gipagawas na kagahapon sa Malakanyang ang natukod nga Transition Commission (TransCom) nga mosulat sa Bangsamoro Basic Law.
Base sa Executive Order No. 120, s. 2013, ang TransCom gilangkoban sa 15 ka miyembro diin pito ang gibutang ni Presidente Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III sa panig sa gobyerno samtang walo sa Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).
Apil sa miyembro sa Government of the Philippines (GPH) sila Hon. Akmad A. Sakkam; Hon. Johaira C. Wahab; Hon. Talib A. Benito; Hon. Asani S. Tammang; Hon. Pedrito A. Eisma; Hon. Froilyn T. Mendoza ug Hon. Fatmawati T. Salapuddin.
Samtang apil usab sa mga napili sa MILF sila Hon. Mohagher Iqbal nga maoy mobarug isip chairman; Hon. Robert M. Alonto; Hon. Abdulla U. Camlian; Hon. Ibrahim D. Ali; Hon. Raissa H. Jajurie; Hon. Melanio U. Ulama; Hon. Hussein P. Munoz ug Hon. Said M. Shiek.
Matud pa ni Presidential Spokesman Edwin Lacierda, ang appointees sa GPH ni-agi sa makuti nga screening ug evaluation sa TransCom Selection Body nga gilangkoban nilang Justice Secretary Leila M. de Lima, Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Teresita Quintos-Deles ug ang Secretary of the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos nga si Mehol K. Sadain.
“The Selection Body agreed on the following qualification requirements for each appointee: a Bangsamoro, a track record in support of the peace process, and established probity, untainted by any charge or suspicion of corruption or abuse of power, among others,” matud pa ni Lacierda.
P100 milyon ang inisyal nga budget sa gobyerno alang sa pagtukod sa Bangsamoro Basic Law nga iduso sa Kongreso.
