MANILA, September 9 (PIA)–Gimanduan ni Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Kalihim Silvestre Bello III ang tanang rehiyonal nga buhatan niini sa paglusad og halapad nga kampanya batok sa ilegal nga kontraktuwalisasyon ug ‘endo’ aron masiguro nga hugot nga gipatuman ang katungod sa mga mamumuo sa seguridad sa trabaho.
Matud pa ni Bello, gusto nilang pamatud-an nga seryoso ang ahensya nga kunhoran ang ‘endo’ sa 50 porsiyento karong 2016 ug padayon na kining mawala sa 2017.
Gimanduan usab sa Kalihim ang tanang regional director nga doblehon ang ilang pagpaningkamot sa pagpahigayon og konsultasyon ug dayalogo partikular na sa mga nag-unang sektor diin malukpanon ang kontraktuwalisasyon ug ‘endo’.
Apil sa mga nag-unang sektor ang hotel ug restaurant, manufacturing, health ug wellness, malls, food chains, agricultural plantation ug corporate farms.
Gibutyag usab ni Bello nga kasamtanang gimugna sa DOLE ang pamphlet alang sa mga sagad nga pangutana kalabot sa kontraktuwalisasyon ug ‘endo’ ug ipanghatag kini sa tibuok nasod. Ibutang usab kini sa website sa tanang opisina ug ahensiya sa DOLE.
Matud pa sa DOLE nga gidili ang labor-only contracting. Kini nagpasabot nga ang labor-only contracting, o kadtong mga kasabotan diin ang contractor o subcontractor nga tig-recruite, tig-supply o tigpadala lamang og mga mamumuo aron mo-trabaho o maghatag og serbisyo sa usa ka principal, ipahunong na. Starting immediately, postpaid and prepaid mobile customers of Globe Telecom may use 8080, instead of 8888, in sending promo registrations through text or SMS. The changeover follows the company’s compliance with a government request to use 8888 as the government’s complaint hotline, which became operational last August 1 as well. The substitution is also in support of nation-building.
As a transitory procedure, customers sending promo registrations to 8888 will receive response from 8080 effective immediately until November 30, when 8888 will no longer be available for Globe transactions. This means that promo registrations sent to 8888 from November 30 onwards will no longer be processed.
“As a telecommunications provider, we recognize the importance of communication for the government to effectively address loopholes in government service for the benefit of the country as a whole, thus our decision to give way to the government’s request to use 8888 as its complaint hotline,” Globe General Counsel Atty. Froilan Castelo said.
Aside from texting 8080 for promo registrations, Globe customers may also use *143# to generate a USSD code and register to a call, text or surfing promo of their choice.
In addition to giving way for the government’s request to utilize 8888 as a government complaint hotline, Globe is also providing access to both 911, the government’s emergency hotline and 8888 beginning last August 1. Globe is also providing inbound and outbound SMS accessibility for 2286 (Bato), a SMS hotline for the public to directly report incidents to the Philippine National Police.

Ang mga adunay pangutana ug reklamo mahimong motawag sa 24/7 hotline nga 1349 alang sa Metro Manila, 1800-8888-1349 alang sa mga naa sa mga lalawigan ug 800-8888-1349 alang sa mga naa sa ubang nasod toll free.
Tubagon sa maong call center ang mga reklamo ug sumbong sa mga empleyado batok sa mga abusadong employer.
Mahimo usab motawag ang bisan kinsa alang sa ilang pangutana kalabot sa suholan, katungod ug benepisyo sa mga empleyado, local ug overseas employment opportunities, working condition, labor relations ug post employment issues.
Gawas niini, ang mga sumbong kalabot sa illegal recruitment, child labor ug endo dawaton usab sa call center.
Adunay 10 ka telepono ug computer set ang maong 24/7 action center nga atimanon sa 40 ka kawani sulod sa 24 oras.
