Gilagdaan ni PNoy niadtong Mayo 27 ang Republic Act No. 10589 o “An Act Declaring December of every year as ‘Anti-Corruption Month’ in the entire country.”
Ang bag-ong balaod tawagon usab nga “Anti-Corruption Month Act.”
Gihiusang Senate Bill No. 3376 ug House Bill No. 3005 kini nga gipasar sa Senado ug House of Representatives niadtong Pebrero 4, 2013 ug Pebrero 5, 2013.
Gimanduan ni PNoy ang tanang heads of government agencies and instrumentalities, apil na ang mga government-owned and controlled corporations, ang local government units ug mga empleyado sa pribadong sektor sa pagpahigayon ug mga kalihokan mga magmugna og awareness sa katawhan sa bug-at nga epekto sa korupsyon.
“The awareness campaign must not only contain information on what constitutes an act of corruption, but also what citizens must do when faced with such corruption,” matud pa.
