Iba’t iba ang halaga ng kinikita ng bawat indibidwal.
Ang ilan ay nakatatanggap ng malaking halaga
o higit pa sa pangangailangan. Samantala, ang iba
naman ay maliit at sapat lamang o kulang pa
sa pang-araw-araw na gastusin.
Narito ang ilang mga paraan para sa tamang paghawak
ng pera:
• Pagpaplano sa paggamit ng pera. Lahat tayo
ay konsyumer. Anuman ang makita natin
na sa ating palagay ay kailangan natin ay ninanais
nang bilhin. Sa aspetong ito, maging mapanuri
sa pag-alam kung ang bibilhin ay pangunahing
pangangailangan o kagustuhan lamang natin.
• Alamin ang mga ginagastos at pumapasok
na pera. Alamin kung ilan ang natatanggap
kada buwan at tukuyin ang mga permanenteng
gastos sa bawat araw. Mahalaga ito upang
mabantayan kung saan nailalaan ang kinita
at kung ito ba ay nagagamit sa mas
kapaki-pakinabang na bagay kaysa sa mga
di-gaanong mahahalagang bagay.
• Mag-impok. Bago pa man gamitin ang regular
na sahod o anumang kita, itago na ang ilang
bahagi nito para sa ipon.
• Ilagak ang ipon sa bangko. Higit na makabubuti
na magbukas ng isang savings account upang
mapanatiling ligtas ang pera. Maaari pa itong
magkaroon ng interes.
• Gamitin ang pera sa paraang produktibo. Tiyakin
na ang ipon ay nakalaan lamang para sa oras
ng kagipitan. Pinapayong dapat may ipon na
katumbas ng anim na buwan na sweldo para
sa emergency fund. Kung ito ay gagamitin para
sa investment o pamumuhunan, nararapat din
na sumali sa mga libreng trainings o seminars
bago gamitin ang ipon.
• Dagdagan ang kaalaman. Makinig sa radyo;
manood ng telebisyon; o magbasa ng anumang
babasahin tulad ng pahayagan, libro, o magasin
tungkol sa mga usaping pinansiyal.

Hindi natin matitiyak kung kailan magaganap
ang bagyo bagaman may mga ibinibigay na babala
ang mga ahensya ng gobyerno. Higit sa lahat, hindi
natin masasabi kung ano ang maaaring maging dulot
nito tulad ng matinding baha at pagkasira
ng ating mga ari-arian. Narito ang ilang mga paraan
ng paghahanda anumang oras kinakailangan.
• Iwasan ang panic buying. Huwag makipagsiksikan
sa mga tindahan o supermarkets sa mga ganitong
panahon. Ugaliin ang unti-unting pag-iimbak

ang mga binibili na maaaring itago at magamit
sa oras ng pangangailangan.
• Ihanda ang iba pang kagamitan. Maliban sa mga
pagkain tulad ng bigas, noodles, at de-lata,
magtabi rin ng mga emergency supplies
gaya ng baterya ng flashlight, gas, kandila, banig,
at kumot. Tiyakin na madali rin itong madadala
sa biglaang paglikas mula sa inyong lugar.
• Abangan lagi ang mga anunsiyo o alerto.
Mahalaga na abangan ang mga balita at babala
sa anumang uri ng komunikasyon upang malaman
ang mga dapat gawin at kung ligtas pa
ang inyong lugar o nararapat nang lisanin
ito pansamantala.
• Magkaroon ng listahan ng emergency telephone
numbers. Ilagay ito sa tabi ng inyong telepono
pati na rin sa inyong cellphone o sa anumang lugar
na alam ng bawat miyembro ng pamilya. Tawagan
ang mga ito kung nais humingi ng tulong sa mga
pampublikong ahensya at pribadong grupo
o magbigay ng impormasyon laban sa mga
mapagsamantalang tindahan.
• Alamin ang istruktura ng inyong tirahan. Upang
maiwasan ang kapahamakang dulot
ng masamang panahon, tiyakin na matibay
ang pagkakagawa ng inyong bahay. Bumili
ng mga materyales na pasado sa quality
standards. Bago pa man dumating ang tag-ulan,
alamin kung may mga dapat kumpunihin
o higit na pagtibayin pa sa inyong tahanan.
• Pumili ng lugar na pagtatayuan ng bagong bahay.
Alamin kung saan mas ligtas magtayo ng inyong
tirahan. Ang tabi ng mga bundok ay malapit sa
mga sakunang dulot ng landslides. Samantala,
ang mga mabababang lugar naman ay madaling
binabaha. Suriing mabuti ang lugar.

72% placement with leading companies till date; number to grow further as placements progress
Pune, June 20, 2013: The Cummins College of Engineering for Women (CCEW), Pune, this year, witnessed campus placements for their graduating batch of engineers with leading multi-national companies. Pleased with the technical knowledge and soft skill competencies demonstrated by the students, major Manufacturing and IT companies like Cummins, Microsoft, Symantec, John Deere, Honeywell, Mindtree, Persistent, Alfa Laval etc. have offered placements to as much as 72% of the batch during campus recruitment. With recruitment still in progress at the Campus, this number is expected to increase further. The highest package offered so far is Rs. 16 L per annum.
