The Career Executive Service Board will conduct a three-day “CES Executive Leadership and Wellness Camp” to advocate for healthy living and achieving work life balance among members of the CES community. This is part of the year-long CIRCLE Forum series. It will be held at the Vista Marina Hotel and Resort, Subic on April 23-25, 2009.
With the theme “Magaling na Pamumuno at Pamumuhay”, the wellness camp will have general modules on keeping a healthy body, a healthy mind and healthy relationships. There will be sessions on age management, understanding stressors, managing emotions, eating healthy and keeping a healthy sexuality in middle age.
Interested CESOs and Eligibles are called to register early as reservations will be on a first-come first-served basis. Only the first 60 slots will be accommodated. (PIA)
