A employee of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) was gunned down near LTO last week, Tuesday. The victim was Apolinario Reyes.
Police said the victim was about to park an impounded vehicle when a lone gunman approached the victim and shoot a bullet into the head. Police further adds that they suspect personal grudge as one of the motives of the killing. Drivers of all impounded vehicles were interrogated in order to shed light on the identity of the suspect.
