Nakalatid sa maong EO ang mandato sa 8888 isip usa ka mekanismo diin mahimong mosumbong ang katawhan kalabot sa red tape o kahiwian sa mga ahensya sa gobyerno ug uban pang may kalabotan nga opisina sa gobyerno. Pamunoan kini sa Office of the Cabinet Secretary nga gidumala karon ni Kalihim Leoncio Evasco Jr. Mahimong mosumbong sa 8888 pinaagi sa text message, email, website ug sa social media. Bukas kini 24/7 gawas na lamang kun holiday o suspendido ang trabaho. Pinaagi sa Executive Order No. 7 nga gilagdaan sa Presidente niadtong Oktubre 14, 2016, gi-reorganisa niini ang gabinete sa lima ka cluster: ang good governance and anti-corruption; human development and poverty reduction; economic development; security justice and peace; ug climate change and mitigation. Ubos sa E.O number 7, ang security, justice and peace cluster nga kanhi gipamunoan sa Executive Secretary pangunahan na karon sa Kalihim sa Department of National Defense (DND) sa tumong nga masiguro nga mapatuman ang mandato sa gobyerno nga pugngan ang lawless violence ug ipadaug ang kampanya batok sa krimen ilabi na sa ginadili nga droga ug korapsiyon. A City Hall Official challenges the DYRD and Bohol Chronicle to tackle more on the fertilizer fund controversy. It is because the official is ignorant on the latest events of controversy. BIR devises method to stop establishments’ non-issuance of receipts

The Bureau of Internal Revenue has devised a way to stop establishments’ non-issuance of receipts. Under the leadership of New Revenue District Officer Marcelino Quito, BIR will give rewards to taxpayers who will report establishments that do not issue receipts. This is done so that people will be more enthusiastic in reporting such establishments. Based on a survey, many establishments still do not issue receipts to their customers. Public demands the Boholano officials to give enlightenment to the Ferrtilizer Fund Controversy

The public wants the 4 Boholano officials, involved with the controversial fertilizer fund, to give enlightenment as to why they chose only a few towns to benefit from the fund and not all towns of the Province. Aumentado commented that the fund was directly run to the Department of Agriculture (DA) through the Regional and Provincial Office, and that they did not personally received any cash from the project. Bayan Muna Bohol Chairman John Ruiz III is suspicious as to why the government increased the budget, from the usual yearly budget, in the heat of the 2004 elections. No P14M cash for fertilizer

If the documents from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and the Commission on Audit (COA) rings true, the Province of Bohol received P14 M in the controversial fertilizer funds. However, Gov. Erico Aumentado, Representatives Edgar Chatto (First District), Roberto Cajes (Second District) and former Third District congressman Eladio Jala all denied they actually received the fertilizer allocations in cash. Aumentado said he did not receive a single centavo out of the P5 million reportedly given to the provincial government as reflected in the DBM records of fund releases.
