Base sa Comelec Resolution 9637, mahimo nang mobotar ang mga miyembro sa media sa regional election office kun sila nakabase sa National Capital Region (NCR), sa office of the city election officer kun naa sa highly-urbanized ug independent cities, ug sa provincial election office kun sa mga taga-lalawigan. Nakalatid sa 14 ka pahinang kamanduan nga gitakda ang pagbotar sa mga miyembro sa media sa Abril 28, 29 ug 30, 2013 dungan sa uban pang local absentee voting sama sa Philippine National Police (PNP) ug Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP). Kinahanglan lamang nga moduso ang media og aplikasyon hangtud sa Marso 31 aron makabotar. Sugdan kini sa alas-8:00 sa buntag hangtud sa alas-5:00 sa hapon ubos sa pagdumala sa mga lokal nga opisyal sa Comelec. MALACAÑANG has joined the rest of the Catholic world in expressing regret over the shocking resignation of Pope Benedict XVI. In a statement issued late Monday, Presidential Spokesperson Edwin Lacierda expressed hope that the Pope may find “peace and contentment” upon his resignation on February 28. The 85-year-old Pontiff announced on Monday that he would resign citing old age and weariness in performing his duties as leader of the world’s 1.1 billion Catholics. The German-born leader of the Catholic Church revealed his historic decision in Latin during a meeting of Vatican cardinals making him the first pontiff to resign in 600 years. “Not only the Catholic world, but all peoples and nations of goodwill are filled with great regret as news comes of Pope Benedict XVI announcing he intends to relinquish the Petrine Ministry on February 28 of this year,” Lacierda said. “At this time, when the Pope has announced the physical challenges he faces makes it difficult to continue bearing the burdens of his office, we join the Catholic world and all whose lives he has touched, in prayer and sympathy. May he find respite from his physical challenges, and peace and contentment in the seclusion of retirement,” he added. Delivery of quality basic services to every Boholano constituents is the primary concern of the Provincial Government of Bohol in adopting the Purok system in the locality. The Prosperity team for Countryside Development Program under the Purok System creates a Sectoral Committee for easy delivery of services to the public. This Sectoral Committee volunteers should have adequate capacity to perform their task and role in community development and sustainability. To achieve this goal, every Sectoral Committee volunteer should undergo series of trainings and other capacity development on socio-economic programs of the Provincial Government, internalize and share the spirit of leadership and volunteerism as a means to community development, impart skills on active listening, creative active responses and assertiveness, know and internalize the roles, functions and responsibilities of sectoral working committee volunteer and provide participants with a training guide on how to capacitate the sectoral committees in the purok.
