Philippines Airlines (PAL) volunteers to airlift free relief donations for victims, as reports say. This is after Negros Navigation offered to ferry relief donations from Inyong Alagad.
PAL authorities said they would load Manila bound flights any bulk cargo containing donations addressed only to reputable, non-profit, charitable organizations in Manila. (PIA)
