The Philippine National Police reiterates the guidelines for the Ocotber 1-31 gun amnesty program. This is so that the citizens wishing to avail of the gun amnesty will be guided accordingly.
The PNP units have started since August 1 processing applications for registration of loose firearms and renewal of expired licenses.
Application forms are available in every municipal, provincial, and regional PNP offices nationwide. Said forms may also be downloaded at www.pnp.gov.ph. (PIA)
