MANILA, Mar. 29 (PIA)–Nimugna si Presidente Benigno ‘Noynoy’ Aquino III og National Task Force for the West Philippine Sea (NTF-WPS) pinaagi sa usa ka Memorandum Circular.
Sa Memorandum Circular No. 94 nga gipagawas sa Malakanyang, nakalatid nga base sa Section 7, Article II sa 1987 Constitution diin nagtadhana sa katungod sa Pilipinas nga protektahan ang soberenya, territorial integrity, national interest ug right to self-determination isip parte sa international community.
Tumong sa task force nga magbaton og nagkahiusa ug klaro nga paglihok sa mga hingtungdang ahensya ug buhatan sa gobyerno sa pag-atiman sa mga interes sa West Philippine Sea.
Ang maong task force pangunahan sa National Security Adviser isip chairperson samtang miyembro ang Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Department of National Defense (DND), Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Agriculture (DA), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC), Department of Finance (DOF), National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), National Coast Watch System, Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Philippine National Police-Maritime Group, Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) ug Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR).

Nahisulod sa MC nga ang NTF-WPS modawat og giya ug direktiba gikan sa Presidente pinaagi sa Cabinet Cluster on Security, Justice and Peace ug mahimong responsable sa paghiusa o koordinasyon sa mga plano ug paglihok sa West Philippine Sea.
Ang task force usab ang magsumite og mga rekomendasyon ug report sa Presidente pinaagi sa Security Cluster.
Samtang tanang sangay sa gobyerno, departamento, bureaus, agencies, mga buhatan, local government units (LGUs) apil na ang mga government-owned and controlled corporations (GOCCs) gimanduang maghatag sa tibuok nilang suporta ug kooperasyon sa task force sa pagpatuman niini sa ilang mandato ug katungdanan.
