The U.S Embassy recently donated P10-M worth of bomb detection paraphernalia to the Central Mindanao PNP, said Police Chief Supt. Felizardo Serapio Jr.
According to Serapio, the newly acquired equipment will surely boost the PNP’s security efforts, particularly in their fight against terrorism.
The donation included a bomb suit kit, X-ray machine, detector and other bomb investigation tools.
The equipments will be under the custodian of the regional Explosive and Ordinance Division (EOD) of the PNP region XII, Serapio added. (PIA/Bohol)
