Ngayong nalalapit na ang Pasko, dumarami na naman
ang mga bazaars at tiangge at nagiging bagsak-presyo
na ang karamihan sa mga pamilihan. Subalit dapat
matalino pa rin ang pamimili. Narito ang ilang tips:

Maganda sa paningin pero kumusta naman
ang kapakinabangan? Puro palamuti ang paligid
kung Kapaskuhan kaya maging ang mga paninda
ay nagkikintaban at naggagandahan. Bago bumili,
siguraduhing kailangan talaga ito at hindi lang
basta maganda sa paningin.
•
Nakamura ka nga ba? Hindi dahil bagsak-presyo
ang mga paninda ay nakamura ka na. Kalidad
ang talagang batayan ng katipiran. Ang makabili
ng de-kalidad na gamit sa murang halaga ang
tunay na matalinong pamimili.
•
Ligtas ba ang regalo mo? Iwasang magbigay
sa mga inaanak ng mga laruang hindi lang
madaling masira, kundi maaari pang magtaglay
ng lead content na masama sa kalusugan. Maaari
ring magtaglay ng mga kemikal na masama sa
katawan ang mga mugs o baso. Huwag magbigay
ng mga pagkaing madaling masira at tiyaking hindi
ito kontaminado.
•
Kumusta ang alkansya mo? Baka hindi mo
namamalayan, malaki na ang nababawas
sa savings dahil sa palagiang pagdayo sa mga
tiangge at sales. Laging tingnan ang mas malaking
larawan at huwag kalimutan ang mga dapat
paglaanan na higit na mahalaga

The Central Cebu Board of REALTORS®, Inc. (CCBR) and Center For Real Estate Studies in cooperation with National Real Estate Association-Cebu Chapter (NREA-Cebu) will conduct a Real Estate Broker’s Seminar and Special Review starting on December 01-02; 08-09; 15-16; January 05-06; 12-13; 26 & 27, 2013. This seminar and review will prepare participants for the PRC Real Estate Broker’s licensure examination scheduled on March 17, 2013. This was announced by A. Jun Gultiano, Jr., Founding Chairman of CCBR & President of NREA-Cebu. This seminar covers one hundred twenty (120) credit units.

Kini human sa pagpagawas sa SC sa status quo ante order kagahapon batok sa Comelec resolution nga nag-ingong dili na mahimong mosalmot sa 2013 elections ang Ako Bicol (AKB), Association of Philippine Electric Cooperatives (APEC), 1st Consumer’s Alliance for Rural Energy Inc. (1CARE), ug Alliance of Rural Concerns (ARC).
Kalabot niini, gimanduan sa SC ang respondent nga magsumite og komento kalabot sa maong petisyon sulod sa 10 ka adlaw.
Sa iyang petisyon, gitumbok sa mga petisyuner nga mi-abusar sa gahom ang Comelec tungod kay wala sila nahatagi og due process ug basta na lamang gitangtangan og akreditasyon.
Una nang miingon ang Comelec nga ang AKB, APEC, 1CARE ug ARC wala nag-representar sa marginalized sector.

TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, Nov. 14 (PIA)–Andam ang Malacañang nga tabangan ang Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) sa paghubad ug pagpang apud-apud sa Framework Agreement sa nagkain-laing pinolongan aron mas masabtan kini sa mga Muslim sa Mindanao.
Matud pa ni Presidential Spokesman Edwin Lacierda, katuyuan usab nilang mapasaka ang awareness o kahibalo sa mga apektadong residente sa gilagdaang kasabotan.
Sa regular press briefing sa Malakanyang niadtong Lunes, gibutyag ni Lacierda nga makig-alayon sila kang government chief negotiator Marvic Leonen kun unsaon mapaabot sa gobyerno ang tabang.
“That’s something that we certainly would help. May mga nuances sa language so pag-uusapan pa ‘yun. Pero certainly it’s something that we would like to help,” matud pa ni Lacierda.
Nanghinaot usab si Lacierda nga ang susamang panig makamugna og desisyon sa annexes sa maong Framework Agreement.

President Aquino will leave for Phnom Penh, Cambodia on November 17 to attend the 21st Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit and Related Summits from November 18 to 20.
The summit’s theme is “ASEAN: One Community, One Destiny,” in preparation for an ASEAN community by 2015.
Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen will formally open the event on November 18 with the official launchings of the ASEAN Institute for Peace and Reconciliation (AIPR) and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP).
The RCEP framework establishes an ASEAN-led process for engaging ASEAN dialogue partners and, subsequently, other external economic partners.
Also up for signing is the ASEAN Human Rights Declaration (AHRD). The AHRD contains ASEAN’s human rights principles, and will serve as guide for activities aimed at promoting and enhancing regional cooperation on human rights.
The President will have series of meetings with nine (9) ASEAN leaders and with ASEAN’s East Asia Summit (EAS) partners.
One of the meetings will be the East Asia Summit (EAS), a regional leaders’ forum for strategic dialogue and cooperation on critical challenges facing the East Asian region. The EAS is an important regional grouping with a significant role to play in advancing closer regional integration and cooperation in a dynamic East Asia.
In these meetings, the President is expected to express the country’s positions on maritime security and cooperation/West Philippine Sea (WPS), migrant workers’ protection and welfare and human rights, among others.
At the closing ceremony, Cambodia will hand over the ASEAN chairmanship to Brunei Darussalam, the next ASEAN chair for 2013. (DFA/p-ed)
