TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, Mar. 01 (PIA–Nipasidaan ang Department of Health (DOH) nga magbantay sa mga sakit nga mahimong makuha karong ting-init sama sa sore eyes ug heat stroke.
Matud pa ni Health Assistant Secretary Paulyn Ubial, ang common illness o sakit nga makuha kun init ang panahon mao ang sore eyes ug heat stroke.
Sigun pa kang Ubial, pipila sa mga senyales sa heat stroke ang grabe nga pagka-uhaw, pagpamugnaw ug pagkalipong.

THE deadline of application for the April 14 Career Service Professional and Sub-Professional written examinations is extended from February 28, 2013 to March 5, 2013.
This was announced by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Examination, Recruitment and Placement Office to give more time for applicants who aim to earn Civil Service eligibility and be qualified to work in the government.
Applicants for both levels of examination may still submit their application forms to any CSC Regional and Field offices nationwide. However, application may be closed any time before March 5, 2013 in some CSC Regional/Field Offices which have reached their quota.
Application requirements are as follows: 1. Properly accomplished Application Form (CS Form No. 100, Revised 2012 available at any CSC Regional/Field Office, or may be downloaded from the CSC website www.csc.gov.ph);
2. Four pieces of recently taken (not more than three months ago) ID pictures with the following specifications: Passport-sized (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm); Colored with white background; In standard close-up shot (from shoulder level up with the head and face occupying at least 80% of the picture and with the name tag positioned at approximately 1 inch or 2.54 cm below the chin); In bare face (without eye glasses, or any accessory that may cover facial features); Showing left and right ears; In full-face view directly facing the camera with neutral facial expression and both eyes open; and with handwritten (not computer-generated) name tag showing the applicant’s signature over printed full name (first name, middle initial, last name and extension name, if any);
3. Original and photocopy of any of the following valid ID cards containing the applicant’s name, clear picture, date of birth and signature, and the issuing agency authorized officer’s name and signature: Driver’s License, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, current Company/Office ID, current School ID, Postal ID, BIR ID, Barangay ID, Voter’s ID, valid Passport, or Police Clearance; and
4. For applicants without data of their date of birth in their valid ID, original and photocopy of NSO-issued Birth Certificate, or Birth Certificate authenticated/issued by the Local Civil Registrar are needed.
Examination fee for both levels of the written Career Service Examination (CSE) is P500.
The CSC stressed that applicants should come in proper attire when filing their application and, thus, should avoid wearing sleeveless shirt/blouse, short pants, and slippers.

TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol, Feb. 28 (PIA)–Nisaka og 11.27 porsyento ang nakolektang buhis sa Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) niadtong buwan sa Enero.
Sa kinatibuk-an, naka-kolekta ang BIR og P94.74 bilyon diin P89.03 bilyon niini gikan sa BIR operations samtang P5.71 bilyon ang gikan sa non-BIR operations.
Mas taas kini kun itandi sa P85.15 bilyong nakolekta niadtong Enero 2012.
Ang BIR nagtinguha nga maka-kolekta og P232.67 bilyon sa unang kwarter sa 2013, mas taas gamay sa P229.04 bilyon nga ilang nakolekta sa susamang kwarter sa niaging tuig.
Ang buhatan nagtinguha nga makakolekta og daku sa mosunod nga tulo ka kwarter — P358.3 bilyon (Abril-Hunyo), P306.87 bilyon (Hulyo-Setyembre) ug P321.43 bilyon (Oktubre-Disyembre).
